Wide Open short burst
2ft chop 5000 rpm's 82mph
no gps
If it is glass high 70's
This is a very heavy duty solid 24 degree offshore powerboat. Built with the same stringer and bulkhead material as a Top Gun. It will cut water other 24's will not or they will delaminate. It takes a lot of torque to push this Firefox, but the ride and build quality are second to none.

Camanche is right on the Fire Fox it likes the ruff stuff. We've had ours in 3's and 4's and it loved it.

A buddy of mine is a #3 speedmaster FireFox, one of I think 3 that were built with speedmasters. His is blue. His father was the original owner, sold it. An I found it on here a few years back and he bought it back. It is getting a 510cid Keith Eickert motor this winter....... as with the existing 330, I am not sure it does much better than 50mph.......... with the 725 it is getting...... I would be impressed if it ran 80.

Before and when I picked my Firefox up at the factory I dealt with Val Jenkins from Cigarette. He was in charge of all the rigging. He said earlier Firefox's with #3 SSM were installed at a low 20" X dimension. He recomended a 21" X dimension for my Firefox because he felt 20" had the drive too deep in the water and this scrubbed off speed. We went with 21" and it is a sweet spot! I have owned the Powerboat since new......19 1/2 years. I think I even posted a few pics of my friends and myself picking it up at Cigarette. The old days.....
