help..value of 94' top gun 38 without engines.

found a boat in n.j .. 1994 cig 38 top gun. clean boat ,complete with bravos drives etc....very complete but engines are missing. no trailer.
what is the true value of that hull ? what should be paid for it ?

If it's one of the cigs in "Sea Village Marina" I would look at it closely. I heard that both were not in the best of shape from local Marina workers in the area.

There are enough nice boats out there I would buy turn key and skip the project boats. I would think that if you were looking at 13 year old boats, cash would be king and being winter a lot of boats could be had significantly lower than asking price.

25-30 K is all its worth because you are going to spend
8-10 for a good trailer
30 at least for two good running take out engines
10 K for mechanics labor and misc. missing parts
and for 75 K you can buy a nice cig about the same year that runs and you don't have to be frustrated for a year while its being put together.
