Actually, the Maximus was painted to look like the Gladiator.

Yes, since Toms boat was built after words. I believe Phils brother owned/built that boat.

The all white Gladiator is OTIS311's boat. PM203 is correct, Philly was going to match the Maximus with his brother's Gladiator at the time but Tom put a deal together with Phil for the Maximus.

Then he builds another 45 intended for himself and Rick comes along and has to upgrade. Philly cant seem to build a boat without someone having to have it.
