Yes, the cover girl cabin came out in 2000 the updated full cabin on the Cafe and Guns came out in 90/91, and in my humble opinion is the best cabin layout of anyboat I've ever been on! That cooler (filled) is worth it's weight in gold

im not sure what you mean by the cover girl cabin came out in 2000 mine is a cover girl and i looked at one of phils boats a 97 all keyed up it was also a cover was it updated in 2000

Let me re-phrase that....Cigarette stopped making full cabins when they stopped making straight hulls. The twin step did not like the full cabin. I have seen one full cabin on a twin stepped boat but that's the only one I've ever seen and I heard it was custom ordered that way. (Though LSJr. assures me no T/S's were ever built with a full cabin )

Prior to twin steps being built, if you wanted a "Cover girl" cabin you could special order it or convert the full cabin to half. Phil did a few.

Yours is the 35 Top Gun and it was right at the transition to the half/cover girl standard cabin.

Just like in 90/91/92 you'd see both styles of cabins on Cafe's and Guns. The older style full cabin and the newer style full cabin (before half cabins).
