I have a buddy of mine interested in this boat, any info on it would be appreciated.

Your friend has a 47 Fountain all white doesn't he?? A member on the board used to own that boat and did all the upgrades to it. I looked at it before he bought it. To me there was work that needed to be done but he addresses all that and more. I think Scott offered your friend a pretty good deal as well.

I think it has Bulldogs in it, or at least it had some four years ago when I was shopping for my first Tiger.

great boat i had that boat for 2 yrs and i think i only put 10hrs on it if that,, when i purchased it from fastboats i ran it in a poker run that following weekend the starbrd motor blew up i took both blocks and rebuilt from there they dynod at close to 700hp with mark at precision there is nothing cheap about those motors in matter of fact i think they up sold me at the time for crap i didnt need but looks cool... haha they are drysump motors and efi with cmi big tubed headers dry exhaust sounds really cool. i did alot of updates new dash really cool custom stereo pods came out really nice the back bench has two twelve inch kicker subs but there is another two boxes built in there you just have to cut the square holes for it i can walk you threw that. i repainted the boat last winter 05' put new drives on last winter05 great boat though i have all reciepts as well does shogren still needs some dial in time though great riding boat goes thru anything .. call me if you need anything else...

I've seen that tiger at Shogrens. It's really, really clean. Does'nt look like it needs any detail, just a good owner.

I do not know the owner , or even if the present owner was running the boat, but the video is how not to run in 4-5 footers.. tabs all the way up, azz end hitting the next wave and the bow heading straight into the next , passengers leaving their feet in the cockpit. It was a pretty dangerous run to me. I do not have the video myself and I have no details as to who was running the boat, so I can't say anything bad about someone I don't know.. Like a few azz'z do !!!

83 mph is what I endedup at. ....... but it took alot of work dialing it in. Just ask Las Mesa and Albert

G.L. had his straight bottom covergirl at 82 mph with 600+ ponys

The black tiger is in Tortola, BVI. I know the owner. It's not black anymore though (see pic). If you are serious about buying it back I am happy to assist in whatever way I can.

That's unfortunate.

To each is own. Guy who owns it has a fleet of trucks and a Mitsubishi Evo with similar paint schemes. Not my cup of tea either but hey......

I hear ya, it was just sooooooo nice and classy black and grey. And Dave took extremely good care of it.
