Yes, what he said is right and what is carried out but the delta between the two is the same if they raise the price in both trade in and new or lower the price on both new and trade in. The deal never plays out into your favor by the delaer usually has to make some money off your trade in somewhere down the line, and im sure they would never sell that 35 for 90K.

Hey guys Ive been watching these posts for about 3 weeks ...very entertaining and helpful!..

.I bought the barnacle boat for 162k from ocean performance(really nice guys-worked with Todd and Scott)..glad I got it...love 35s...had a 89 cafe...I think any 35 ts with thrashed motors/drives and needing love is worth 110k all day....Thanks dreamer for the info on hull numbers...glad to know Ive got the only white one....BTW survey and inspections passed with flying colors...value came in at 185k ....replacement value of 300k.
