This is probably a stupid question but here goes. I have a '97 Top Gun and I need to replace the padded rail that runs across the front of the dash and down the sides next to the 2 front seats. I would think that there is a strip of plywood that is upholstered and then attached to the fiberglass.
How do you get access to attach/unattach this piece? Do you have to take the cockpit side panels off to get to the underside or is the plywood srewed down and then upholstered in place??? I'm hoping there's a simple answer.
Thanks-

Dont have to take anything apart... take a screwdriver or small pry bar and tape theend so you do not scratch the boat and just pry. They are all attached by those "christmas tree" things that just push in. There are no screws or bolts !!
