Yes it is! To bad it's not for sale it is an old National boat. We called on it a couple months ago. This boat was actually one of the boats National had at the Cleveland boat show a few years back.
One thing I could never figure out why it wasn't fixed, if you look close the Cig logo on the bench seat is crooked.
