Whatever you do, DO NOT replace the teak!!!

Aside from what others say, teak is not that difficult to maintain. I've used to Watco Teak Oil and have loved the results. You can find it at Home Depot.

I agree do not replace the teak. I may be out of line but shame on you for even considering it. I like Te Ka brand cleaner and no sealer.
Teak looks great and even smells good.

you can always leave the teak bleached in color and not oil it too.

Yes, it was top shelf on the left side awaiting service and soda blasting.

Leave the teak on !! It is great !!, just maybe redo the sealings or sand it as new.

Leave the Teak! What an awesome boat. Good luck with the rehab, the finished product will be well worth it. That is one of those boats that when complete you could raft up next to a 3/4 million dollar Rough Rider and get more looks and admiration!

I had a MAGNUM 35' w/teak cockpit a few yrs ago. Used A(cleaner) than B (brightner) than 4 coats of Sickens clear. Than just put on 1 coat every yr. Everone said it looked like a bowling alley.................HIGH LIFE

I freaking hate teak! People who say to keep it, don't have to maintain it. I think teak looks like crap anyway.
