I am looking for a boat in the price range of 40-60 K, big HP, turn key, that may need some upgrades, I need a project, It gets boring here in the winter, and I am tired of Drinking everynight, and I need something to wast my money on, my last boat was perfect and needed nothing and I got board of it very quickly, plus it was not that fast, but rode great. I sold my very cheap because of the market and I just wanted something new to play with, so if I find the right deal, right price, I am ready to jump on it now.

So I guess it's serious time for you now and you have until next spring? Do you have a price range and what you expect? If you can spend a little more, and I was me looking, I would give Carter31 or Steve a call. A bullet with around 600hp a side and 80+/- mph would be a super sweet ride!
I went the cheap route, and have to save money here and there for my various upgrades, which now that I'm a project boat owner, will probably take several years. This is not a problem, and I understood it when I bought it. The only good advice I can give about buying a boat that needs to be upgraded is buy a running project. That way, you can enjoy it during the season, and work on it over winter. I know I'd be REALLY depressed if I bought a boat that wouldn't see water for a few years.
So, what exactly are you looking for, price and engine wise?

Lakeluvr, Carter31, Steve , and Clay all have 19/20 year old boats that show as new. I have been in two of them and seen extensive pictures of the others both before and after (I think there was a boat in some of Clay's pics???) and to most boaters eyes, they are new boats. It's only the obsessive Cigarette people who will ever know those boats are well on their way to a quarter century old.
With that being said, this forum has taught me volumes on the constant attention necessary to maintain that new look and even the most turnkey Bullet or any other older boat is going to be a lot more than just changing the fluids and filling them with fuel. I am sure spending an hour or two with any of the above mentioned members as well as the previous Bullet owners on here and you will see the dedication required to keep father time at bay. So I would imagine, if you had a Bullet, there is always going to be something you see that could turn into "this years project".

Donzi26Zx,
First, you need to change your name, Donzi in a Cig Forum?
The one shown in the above thread by Carter31 looks like a sweet ride. I've seen several pics of it and it's been updated and looks super clean. Depending what he wants for it, it may fit your budget. You could use it this coming year while you make plans for engine updates, and update engines in it next winter.
