To me, the TRS's are the only real draw back. Not because I think they are a bad drive, but because I can't just call and have one the next day if I need it. I think if it had bravos, it would have been sold a long time ago. I have to agree though that Knorads are the way to go and would cost about 20k to do. You could recoup probably 6-7k of that by selling the TRS's.
The guages, rails, teak would not be a huge deal to me. Those could be changed out as $$ allow and aren't the huge expense of the drive conversion.
The boat should run low 70's. Still a lot of boat for the money.

TRS....one great reason its still sitting. Will cost you about 30K no matter which way you convert it.....I personally did my 93 and it really does run up the tab no matter what you think you will spend.

SHE DOES *** 74 gps *** FULLY LOADED ON LAKE HAVASU WITH 24P 4 BLADES BUT SHE NEEDS 26P PROPS FOR A FEW MORE I THINK. THANKS FOR ALL THE NICE COMMENTS ON HOW CLEAN SHE IS, I DO TAKE GOOD CARE OF HER. SOMEBODY JUST BUY THIS THING, I NEED TO GET MY 120 MPH CAT SOON.
