Boat US announced 2 concerns in their recent members' mag.
1. The 2007 39 Top Gun has issues with the location of the fuel line, and the style of anti-syphon valve.
2. The 42XP's "natural exhaust vents" are too small
Neither boat inspected carried a certification label.
