Default Burned Cafe Racer @ Certified Sales

What a shame. I think this boat was for sale about a year ago.

A guy that lives in the town over from me owns that boat. It's too bad. He's a member on here. I saw the boat a couple of time in person and out running. It was real nice!!

That is a real shame. What a nice looking boat. Can the owner comment on whether or not the engines are still in good condition?

Curious if it was the fuel pressure gauges that have fuel plumbed up to them. Always worry about them

you should never run raw fuel to mechanical fuel pressure gauges in any dash, always use an isolater.

That looks pretty electrical to me. If there was fuel being pressure-fed to a fire like that, there'd be significantly more damage.

I had a problem this year when I had an oil pressure switch which allows the electric fuel booster pump to turn on went to ground. Burned up the wires under the dash and switch pretty bad. Found out that the electric fuel pumps were not fused from the factory. They are now. Scared me. If you have these pump I would check to see if they are fused. If they are not I would do it ASAP

I THINK this is a different one. I called about the one I believe you are talking about and spoke to the guy. He had sold it. If I recall correctly that one didn't have any of the Maroon and Dark red in the color scheme - just the blue, orange, and yellow. It was totally assembled and ready to go - only thing messed up was the cabin. He was using the boat in Poker Runs, including the Hot TODDY run the weekend before I called him.

Nevermind - I found the pictures in my recycling bin of that boat - I do think it is the same boat.....Looks like it has had a long year unless the pictures I have of the boat were dated at that time??!?!?!?

I think the boat was bought for around 40.....

If it is the same boat it looks worse for wear..... I have about 25 pictures if anyone is interested.
