They're the old #3 with the bullet (non-crescent) lowers. Bobbed skeg, an aftermarket mod- don't know why.

The skegs were cut for speed and carl kiekhaefer came up with this and he pinned the skegs on the drives like they were attached and used fishing line to remove them once in the water. It would pick up a little more speed.
