I've talked with him and the poor guy is pullin his hair out from the shipping, everything is coming back broken. As an Ex ups driver I know how things get handled and neon is delicate anyhow. I will be in ohio next month any of you jersey guys I can bring yours back and you can drive to md and pick them up if it will help chuck out.

Did the insurance cover everything? They never asked to see my trashed sign.

Any chance of someone heading out to the leftist coast with room for the sign?

I thought he said it might fall under another category of glass. Mine wasn't shipped UPS, I want to say it was DHL or something else.
