They are called "flappers" and there are many different types available; they are simple to install they just attach with a stainless steel hose clamp on the outside of the muffler.

I took mine off as the rubber ones tend to tear high speeds. I think not having a swim platform contributes to this as the flapper can stand straight up. I have been told to stuff a nerf ball (or a towel) in the mufflers when rafting up to keep the water out.

Measure the outside diameter of the tailpipe. It'll probably be 4", or 4.5". That's the size you'll need. Try lookin at Eddie Marine, or maybe Teagues catalogue. Usually anyone that sells exhausts will carry the flappers. All you need to know is the outside diameter of the pipes, and you're set.
