Go with some good quallity 10's.
I have 3 Alpine SWR's that hit really hard.

twelves should fit...I don't think the rear seat area on the flat deck was changed to the Top Gun. You may have to squeeze them into a tight fit, but they fit.

10's will work too. Just remember 10's have a different bass sound and react to bass differently. The bigger woofer you go, the better they will respond to lower bass freq. 10's make a tighter sound bass than 12's. But if you get a killer set of 10's you should be fine.

Just fyi.

Drippinwet makes a good point too, you can run 3 10s back there. JL Audio make some seriously competition grade 10's that run in series of 3's. I like JL's alot, had 12 12" JL's in my suburban!
