Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the Cig family and to OSO. Let's see some pics of the Cafe'.

Sorry, I can't help you with the bolster but if someone can, you will find them here.

Let see some more pics. Not sure where you can get another bolster. Maybe Cig still has the mold. But I have no clue!! Been redoing my cafe since I got it. WELCOME!!!

Congrats on the purchase. Post a pic of the seat that you have. Not sure on the Cafe but you may be able to take the one you have and use as a template. If its only wood this should be simple to do. The only part which may be difficult but not impossible is the locking mechanism on the bottom of the base.

I'm gonna take the good one out over the weekend to see what I have to work with. I'll try to post some pictures to see if anyone has any ideas to go about coping it. Thanks

Found a place to make the drop down. Pretty inexpensive to. Was also able to make the locking mech. Time to start with the other small projects.

Here is one out of my 93 Top Gun. Is this like the one you are looking for?

All I needed was the drop down part of one seat. Getting that made.
But thank you for responding.
