You aren't going to come close to 70 with 415's. I am surprised at the weight figures you came up with. Sounds LOW.... Someone else with more knowledge of props will have to comment on the props but I would guess a Bravo 24 would be a lot of prop for that setup - maybe even too much?? Also, are you suggesting that with full tanks and everything back together that boat will only weigh 8500 pounds?? Fuel itself will weigh upwards of 1500 pounds. |

No way on the 70mph with 415s.. Props would by 23 pitch depending on the max rpm you want to run.

SFG, I'm sure that published weight is a dry weight also, right? So, 9400 plus 1400lbs fuel, coolers, gear, people.....
I can tell you this - behind the truck it sure as hell feels like 9400 PLUS fuel, gear, etc..... 23 P - yeah that probably makes more sense. Either way I love my CAFE....you will too! |
I'm sure the approximate weight posted above is including engines and drives. The 5511 is without. Not sure what kind of weight the engines and drives are though.

When did the Bravo's become the standard in Cafe's? That spec sheet if from at least a 1990 or newer. |
My Cafe with 500's and Bravo's tops out right at 70. With the 415's I doubt you are going to see 70, maybe 65 or so but not 70.

I has 2 sets of 24pitch 4 blade props if you are interested
