That's the "Skaterette". built by Skater, Rigged by Cigarette. I would say it's Cigarettes windshield since it matches to a tee the windshield on the "Strenght and honor" boat (old kilo boat).

I actually think it's a Skater shield. It matches, very closely, the new ones on the cats.
