What are these things??

I didnt get much assistance w/ what things are in the boat, & my Baja never had these items so i have no clue what i have here. Any help?
Here are pics i took on sun.
1) line coming out under prop holder & going thru two filters.
2) another view of the filter. looks like oil filter but no markings.
3) sea strainers?

1) this is located on outer edge of drives, towards bottom. looks to be some sort of water pickup. but for ?
2) middle of transome between drives. i know the middle line is for speedo, but what are the two black things that hang below edge, & these 2 round white.
3) the lines are under port berth bench. my survey had pic of these that said "MSD system overboard seacock not locked in position to prevent overboad discharge on inland waterways". i assume this is from the head (not functioning). i since closed them, but could any damage have occured w/ them being left open?

First pics are the fuel filter/water separators. 3rd is the sea strainers.
On the fuel filters, these need to be replaced on a regular basis. When you replace them, dump the contents out and look for water. Even better, cut them with a filter cutter and see whatt kind of gunk is getting sucked out of the bottom of your tank. I wouldn't leave the dock without a set of spares, preferrably two.
Follow the strainer intake hoses back to the transom pickups. There should be a pair of ball valves back at the transom- these need to be shut off if you leave the boat docked unattended. They're also shut off when connecting a hose to that makeshift flush system- it lets the water feed the pump rather than spill out of the pickups.

Those white things are your Mercathode system. It's a positive-current anti-galvanic system (prevents corrosion when docked... in theory)
The other- a head cannot be capable of dumping out of a thru-hull fitting on an inland waterway in the US. This is legal offshore though. It has to have provisions to be locked and must be locked when on an inland waterway. You'll get ticketed if it's not. If the head isn't there, then you have no problem. Any thru-hull fitting at or below your waterline can sink your boat if it leaks. Most sinkings happen because of this. If I were you, I'd pull the lines and screw plugs or caps into the ball valves. That is, unless you plan to get the head back into operating order. Broads hate peeing over the side
The black things are your sea water pickups. Pay attention to these- the one's like yours have a grate on the bottom to pre-strain sea water. They can plug with debris. Some people prefer to clean the strainer than doing their "Sea Hunt" imitation and going overboard to pull gook out of them. Remember, if you pop your strainer caps while floating, your boat will fill with water. That's what the ball valves are for.

thanks chris!
how can i find out the part #'s for the fuel filter & water seperator (besides trying to read off ones in boat)? im 3 hrs away & cant get back down there for bout 2 weeks. would like to have all parts when i go back.
the head is there, but the macerator is not working. i did notice the fuse is missing, so i might see if it runs once i stick in a fuse. the valves are now locked, i dont know why if the boat always used on lakes why they would have been opened in first place. can the head also pump out? there is also a waste output on the deck (i think for pump out), so i think i will plug the the thru-hulls since i cant use inland anyway.
i wasnt sure how to get my name changed. i'll get that done this week
.
thanks for all the help. i know we will love the boat once we actually get some time w/ it.
