There was a thread on it somewhere a few months ago. I don't remember anyone saying it sank - just that it was neglected.

It looks like it was just left uncovered for a few years....

I was the one that posted the original thread.

Someone explained on that thread that the person that bought it from the Dr. got a divorce, the wife go the boat and let it rot (or something along those lines)....I like what McManus did to id too. Little TLC that thing could be sweet again!

The boat was just neglected- and by that, it just sat uncovered for a number of months. The wife (or ex-gf, I'm not sure exactly) was the one who got the shaft (no pun). she had co-signed the note and the owner was just full of hot air in a lot of ways. I believe it started with a blown tranny and he didnt have the $$$ to fix it, so he just let it sit while her father made the payments. Sad story, but the boat was really nice when it ran with us on FMO runs. I can't imagine there being all that much really wrong with it.
