do you think she needs a restoration? can it be ran as is? looks great! |
If the price was a bit better I'd unload my updated and restored Donzi Minx for it. Don't take me the wrong way either, I'm not saying it is a bad price by any means... just bad for my wallet
It is an awesome looking boat, I can't say I'd update it. Totally classic. On another note, Does it fit in a standard garage at an angle? |

Interesting that all these people "claiming" to want 20's aren't calling on this boat. Any of these POS $4-5k paper weights out there are going to require MUCH more coin to just get them to the condition of Wilds boat, much less to modern specs.

Whats the big deal over 20 ft cigs. you couldn't hardly give them away when they new. They are just a little boat. Yes buy it and send it Philly, if you have that kind of money, then there will be two happy people, you and especially Phil.

You're right, they were also expensive as hell compared to what you could get at the time for the same money......kind of like the Mystique/Vice. Most of the 20's were made to order boats built for fun, or as yacht tenders, etc, since they have no cabin or creature comforts. They have the same charm as the little Donzi's, only the Cigarette's are less common. It's probably a good example of a "cult following", but being a lifelong Cigarette fan, I personally had to have one if the right one presented itself, and sho nuff it did. :ernaehrung004: |

Yes they are just a little boat, but they are wicked bad fun to drive and to customize as well. Kind of like saying a chopper is just a long motorcycle. They are also of a finite quantity now. |

Poor me, well now that I'm out ,I guess I'll just take my top gun and run with the dry cows. For you boys up north that's an old cowboy saying.
|
Well, if you have a Topgun, you are in! Why didn't you say so? And can you elaborate a little on the "cow thing"?
