Default 02 38TG TS Know any history??

Anyone recognize this boat? Its at LOTO. I heard it was rolled. Its my buddys and I'm diggn to see. I hope its not his. I was told there a new to the lake 02 TG that has been barrel rolled and he thought it was my buddys, the guy that told me that had two 38TGs. My friend bought out of FL a repo.

There was a TG that was rolled, bought by a member and completely rebuilt, then sold. Looks similar and could be it but it's been awhile so I'm not sure. I remember the discussions about that boat being completely rebuilt from wiring, etc. I felt it was re-done properly based on what was said......got any more pics?

You can at least tell your friend that the redo was done first class considering the guy that paid for it.

Sure looks like the same boat. It has 500HPs in it now. I don't think I should say anything now, he owns it. Are you sure its the same boat BLee?

I'd be real surprised if it isn't. In one of those threads Gino states they took thhe Vortec's out and put new 500's in. I don't know the warranty for the 500 but that was just 3 years ago or so.

That sure looks like the boat. I would PM Gino to verify. How does it run? I wouldn't be afraid to own it, nice boat.

That was the 2002 that Larry Goldman had brokered for the longest time. 500efi boat with Vortech blowers in Florida. Yes is is a repo previously owned by a client of mine(won't go into details of this). Nice boat with a little bit of a schetchy history.

It had a idling problem with one eng and one of them popping right after he bought it. But had Burgers Marina work on it runs great. I drove it, looks crisp and clean I never would have thought anything had happen to it or been don to it. I don't think I should say anything I don't know of any good that would come out of it now. What do you guys think??? What would you do if one of your buddy's came up and told you that??? Unless he could have some kind of recourse.
