I have 12 V electric going to my storage compartment in the cabin in my 88 bullet with no accessories installed. What is the best electronic device to install in that compartent?

You talking about the compartment in the v-berth??

If so, I have seen some of them that have a light back there and light up the "Cigarette" script emblem.....

Thought it was REAL cool...

I was talking about the storage compartment when you walk in the cabin on the left hand side.

There is a light in mine. However, I leave it empty and stow full trash bags in it. With 8 to 10 girls onboard, we create alot of empty bottles and cans.

A light? What a good idea!! Why didn't I think of that? LOL A light was the first thing I thought of and the second was a VHF but I like my handheld VHF. Any other ideas?

Light in mine as well. The vhf is located in the lower compartments on port side. You should have a junction block in there.
