got a chance to buy a 75 20 all original small block new last year boat is straight but deck has a lot of stress cracks and floor has some delam. hull is perfect and drive is perfect, trans was rebuilt last year ,trs drive ,whats it worth

i dont have any pics but from the rub rail down is in great shape needs a good cleaning . i,m just concerned with alot of stress cracks in the deck and the gelcoat chips plus the delam in the floor . i just need to know what a fair price would be . is 13000.00 or 14000.00 to much?
