Rice Hauler 2001 Top Gun

It would be nice if someone would finally spill the beans and tell the damn story behind the theft and recovery for once and get it over with.
I hate this "I know but I can't tell" crap.
This story has yet to be told in full. Someone needs to air it out and get it over with. With the sale of the boat pending this would be a good time to put it into type.

In the "Rice Hauler" thread in the stolen boats section , near the end of the thread someone posted a link to the whole story that was in a news article. Then, just like any siezed items, there's red tape along with the fact nothing can be done with siezed items during a trial. And it sounded like this trail was loooooooong and in depth. Since the boat was recovered out of Az. it found it's way to an impound yard in compton.
