Narrow cockpit is the way to go if you want that extra-cool
look. I also went with the rear bench for a more user friendly cockpit. |
that Glad is a nice looking boat....priced right...

how can it be that this vegas boat on ebay does not get a shake? It looks like a steal at that price but so does the Blume boat . And WHY so many gladiators on the market? Me personally am not sure that I would like the "sit down" thing?
|
That might be one of my favorite ones ???

That's a FUN boat. I caught a ride with Neill & Phil back when it was new, and it has some snap!
Since it comes with the Myco & Herings at that asking price, it's going to be tough for the lurkers to make any legitimate arguments as to why they'll keep "shopping". :evilb::drink: |
How did it end up in Vegas ?

If I had to take a guess, I would think that the difference is about 4 inches or so. The narrow cockpit looks better and has more room on the outside versus the inside. An easy and quick way to tell is to look at the dash panels. On Blumes boat, a narrow cockpit Glad, the dashboard panel goes all the way to the side panels. On a wide Glad, like the other photo, the dash doesn't quite reach the side panel, thus, a wide cockpit boat. You can also see that the narrow cockpit has more of a cocoon effect as the side panels taper in.
P.S. There is still plenty of room in a narrow cockpit Glad. |
Pm, great looking cockpit on my boat...thanks, joe

Almost as nice as mine! :D Since this photo was taken, I replaced the stereo cover with a nice anodized purple one and replaced the steering wheel with the newer style (big$$) purple one that you see in all the new boats.

Nice Boat Pm, I would agree both are nice as H!@#...thanks, joe

That's the only good reason I've heard yet about why you're selling it :grinser010: :drink: |
