LOL, yeah it's a BIG boat for sure. He rarely drives his boats. He had a beautiful Tiger before the RR, and a gorgeous Top Gun before the Tiger. I remember Ralph Martin saying the Gun had 20 hours when he traded for the Tiger. He then traded the Tiger with 15 hours or so? The RR probably has less than 30 total hours.
There's no significant difference in the Mystique & Vice. They only started building the 30 again, because enough people expressed interest in a smaller Cigarette. In typical fashion however, when they started offering the 30 to these people, they suddenly weren't in the market anymore. Neat little boats! :cool-smiley-011: |
Is anyone else sick of people waiting for Cigs to be worth what lesser boats are worth so they can step up without spending the money. These people will be dreaming of owning a Cig for the rest of their lives. If they were as smart and serious as they say they are, they would man up, find the boat they want, work out a price that both the buyer and seller can agree on, and buy the boat. They would not spend season after season talking about how over priced they are.
Of course it is a lot easier and cheaper to sound like a bad ass on the internet without actually buying anything. |

Didn't his Tiger have the same paint as the Mystique that's for sale and he had the Cobra power in those too.
Amazingly, I found some pics on my PC of his Gun & Tiger he owned, lol. They were gorgeous boats: http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/7428/172cgvf1.jpg http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/2561/bhtigerjw6.jpg |

If you notice on here, there's a very clear line drawn between those who say "too expensive" vs the "everyone's a tirekicker", and it comes down to who owns a Cig. I hope to be calling everyone a tirekicker by summer.:drink: |

Vice's are selling for 90-150k, but their are so few of them out thier!!!! I only know of 1 Vice for sale and it is in Orlando, great boat, the owner wants 150K for it. I think the Vice's have less to offer then the Mystiques, the Vice was ment to be a entry level Cigarette!! Thinking of moving up Andy?????
I don't have any plans right now......but maybe 10 years from now when they are worth $5K:D It really doesn't offer much more than what I've already got. I would venture to say that the apache probobly has a bigger and deeper engine bay and more headroom in the cabin. The biggest benefit would be the speed and aesthetics. Definitely a much faster boat and they seem to respond well with more power. No idea how they handle rough water. |

I hope this wasn't directed at me, as I only became a real buyer this spring, and thought I WAS buying the last Mystique that just sold. I had been waiting on the first deal to see if it fell through as I was told it was held for him. It did, I responded I'm checking financing and still very interested (assuming I'd have a day or two given I waited weeks for the first deal), and it sold the next day with no response to me.

Hopefully when summer comes we will have better stuff to talk about, and everyone will have found the perfect boat at the absolute lowest price. I am sure by then my ****ty Cafe Racer will have depreciated to a market value of about 10k but who cares - I will have used it and enjoyed it..... |
