Dreamer just said what the boat needs and what he will be looking at in the future... He made an offer , the guy is firm , Dreamer knows what he wants and what he will spend for it, so what's the problem ???

The only time you shouldnt make an offer is when we are at Nieman Marcus buying a handbag for the wife !!!.. other than that everything is negotiable. Remeber there are 2 types of sellers, those who want too sell a boat and those who have a boat for sale...

O.K. maybe he doesn't know what he wants ..

But I am sure he was very interested since he went through some expense in reseaching the boat, but the buyer has right not to negotiate. Other than that ... I am sure !!
