Anybody know anything about this boat.

My buddy was going to go look at / call about this boat because it's getting cheap for such a big boat so I started doing a little homework on it and it looks like it's getting another resto that would cost more than it's worth.
I think he should buy a Top Gun so any good input would help. his price is 125k.

124 looks and nobody knows anything about that RR, you guys are making me look bad. I told my buddy that we would get more info on it than we need. I posted in the Cig. forum so I would get more true and expert feedback.

It is one of only 4 or 5 flat bottom RR's that Cig Made.
I look at the ad for it about 2 times a week just wishing I could make it happen, but I just don't have the debt capacity right now to do it, especially considering the paint is HORRIBLE, but I could live with that.
Personally, I think the fact that it is a flat bottom and triple engined makes that thing appeal to next to no-one, hence the reason it has been for sale for SO long, and hence the reason that the next owner better plan on being in the boat for a LONG time.
If you're going to own that boat I think your long run plans should include taking it to a stagger - hell, if the engines actually put out 725 aside like the ad says, I would bet it would be just about as fast as a stagger as it is as a trip, and you would have an extra engine and drive in your garage!!
As I have never been in a RR, or seen this one in person, I can't offer much legitimate feedback other than the commentary above and this - if he buys it, he better have a BFT (big ****ing truck)
I think that member Blume is brokering it, but don't quote me.

Absolutely agree. Hard to top that 'RUTHLESS' graphic for sheer fugly, but they have pulled it off.
It feels like whoever chose that name knows a lot about world of warcraft and not very much about boats.
