Default Painting the Cafe....help, advice

I am planning on having my Cafe painted this fall, but I am not sure where to start. Does anybody know of some one good and reasonable in the Connecticut area. What do think a decent 2 to 3 color paint job (exterior only) would run? The boat is in great shape and will not require lots of work. Also going back in forth with more of a modern (color) paint scheme and a classic scheme. Is it worth it to ship the boat some where to have it done?

Thanks for any advice, info or opinions,
Frank

Frank - I think you should go with something to modernize it. THe oldschool schemes are really cool, but the Cafe's lines are such that I think they wear a modern paint scheme really well.

Unfortunately I think the classic ones are a hard sell for most buyers if you ever are selling the boat....

Harold at Grafikworx does an awesome job as well. Plenty of great painters out there but you may have to drive a bit to get the boat to them. Whatever you do, don't shortcut yourself. You're going to have to live with this paint job for a while.

Good luck

That should be PLENTY to get your paint looking totally different. I would go for something modern for all of the same reasons "seafordguy" mentioned. You've gotta set it apart from the others. Good luck.
