Looks like a sweet boat...They only made a few (like 3) of the center steer styles. Some people like them, some dont. This is probably one of the first 3 or so 39's they built. Don't know the boat personally but one thing I did notice, if you end up bidding/buying, I'd check the hull. From the pictures it looks as if the boat is sitting on a hoist that has not properly been fitted for a stepped bottom. This can cause damage to the hull.

This boat is down the street from me. The boat is in excellent condition. It actually has only 15 or17 hours on the boat since new. He is too busy with life to use it, and hates to see it sit. I Know the boat could be had for 185,maybe 180. The boat has 2 helms so you can steer from the center or the right. This is the best deal on a 39 by far.

Otherwise, I think it's actually an interesting set up (one I'd have no problem running) and the cabin layout is waaaaaay cooler than the standard 39 cabin (imho).

I would not pass on it if I was in the market...Don't think anyone will tell you a number to offer. But I would, if you're serious, call the guy, go look at it and show him you're serious about taking it off his hands. Invest some time with the owner...I have found that works for me. Someone posted it can be had for 180...start below that
