How fast would a pair of 700s push this boat. Or would it be under powered?

700's would probably be okay, but you are going to kill them trying to run at a decent pace.

You are right! It is a nice boat but when you get in the big motors insurance is terrible. Even if they put tripple 700s then they have to redo the transom..

that boat will not move wih twin 700's...... you're lucky if it reaches 80

A pair of 700's IDK. Cigarette built a 46' w/triple 700's, I heard it ran great. The transom is easy to fix and add another #6 drive. Triple #6 dry sump drive, triple 700's with transmissions. It would be sweet.
