Looking for Bullet or Cafe
 

I'm looking for either a Bullet or Cafe Racer and I would like to spend around $35k. Does anyone know of anything, must have Bravo drives and trailer.

35k Are you expecting engines also?

I love Cafe Racers; the best deal I've seen to date is 65k. Any less, and you'll have the same money plus your time into it I wager.

I've been looking too, you're not going to find one for that price, especially something with bravos. I agree with island2, if you find one for that price, you're probably going to spend some serious coin on it to get it in good shape.

I don't know this boat personally, but from looking at the ad this is a "lot of boat for the money". This has has steering, 540's and xr drives. Even if you have to put a little money in it you can't beat it.

That is a good deal for a Cafe.

There is a cafe for 42.5K on SOS. If I were to buy one, that would be it.

Those are both nice cafe's. I really like the on in Ohio that is a awesome looking cig. I missed a Bullet earlier in the year that sold for $35k looked like a real clean boat. I was really hoping something would pop up but haven't had any luck yet.

mines still around, a little more than 35k though added a new cig. swim platform and motors are completely dialed in now. boat runs 80gps with 27 3blade mirage plus

I also have a 35 cafe needs a motor to put together though. 540's all aftermaket parts from blocks to pan. Its a trs with 72c's for trannys.

Hey this is what i do know, I now its a bravo boat with BBC 502/454 not sure yet i cant remeber. I know one only has about 30 hours the other is orignal hours. Need some wireing done not sure the issue with tat. Does not have a trailer. Its blue with differant shades of blue across the sides and top. He is asing mid 20's assuming its 25K obo.

Mike, they are 454s with B+M blowers on them.(single carb) Boat has some some steering issues, cable is frozen. He does have a trailer for it, but not included in sale. I guess its nice and wants to sell it seperatly. 25K or best offer. I bet 20 is the magic #. If this boat was for me, I would offer 25K with the trailer!!!

I dont know, but he said he owned the boat since 1995 and its been rack stored at Between the Bridges in Old Saybrook Ct since then.

I checked that boat out over the summer. It's a real project boat. It's been sitting a few years. It was a coors light giveaway boat. It's on its 3rd paint job (the rubrail wasn't even taken off), so much paint on it that you couldn't even see the HIN, steering is frozen, skegs snapped off, alot of corrosion on drives/tabs, upholstery was redone but didn't use monel staples, cabin was all wet and musty/moldy. But the engines are supposed to be fairly fresh 454 magnums w/B&M 250 blowers (freshened by The Blower Shop) with single Nickerson 900 carbs. I never got as far as starting the motors. The seller is a nice honest guy, but you are definitely going to spend some coin getting it in shape.

Just received the pics and it looks real rough. I know the guy is only asking 25k but it needs everything! Sent the pics to Mike because I couldn't post them. I guess I will just keep looking. Thanks for the info though I appreciate it.
