are there any rott issues common with older cigs>? thats the big reason i always avoided older boats is i hate glass work>?

Any of them will rot if the water finds a way in.

The only "problem" ever mentioned is on a few cafe racers the lag bolts that hold in the Trim Tabs went in incorrectly and could sometimes cause water leakage into the stringer I believe. You can search on it but it wasn't a widespread problem (and what I stated was off hand so don't quote me on the exact nature of the problem).

It sucks it can happen to any boat at any time! happened to me and it sucks not a good feeling. That boat seems to be a great deal Cigarette's are starting to catch my eye more and more
