I had posted a similar question on at the end of a thread on the GPS/ speedo issue.

I'm afraid my question got lost in the wash.

Therefore I'm asking my Cigarette brethern.

My Livorsi GPS speedo crapped out last year (battery).

After reading several threads, I've almost come to the conclusion to simply hookup the speedo to my current gps (Garmin). Are there any concerns? Will the recall still work?

Lastly, what cable(s) do I need to purchase to make this work?

Call Livorsi. They can e-mail or fax you the wiring. Should be no problem with recall or anything. P.S. you can replace the battery in your antenna for about $20.
