Is your compass Dry too? Do you or anybody know where to have them fixed?

Yes it is dry I sent it to a company in Mass, to be repaired, the company is Andrews Compass Service, his number is 1-508-965-6599, they sepecialize in Merkur compasses. He will also paint the compass cover.

you can also google "island compass". the guys name is Asa, he did mine really cheap, like 65$. He is out of NC, if you cant find it i can probably dig up a reciept or phone number

Received my Gauges back from Livorsi, they cleaned up the faces, needles, and replaced the rims, also received new gauge bezels, and Marine Machine shifter knob
