We have a broken cleat on our '78 Cig 20 and would like to find a replacement. It is approximately 8" long and 1" wide. Any ideas where we might find one? Thanks for any help!

pm glassdave on here, I may have a couple old ones off my 20 that I am not reusing, if he has them still you can have them. I'm sure they will need to either be polished or plated but either way they are yours if you want them...

Hey offshoredrillin, do yours look like the same design as mine? If so, I'd be interested. After looking at many of the pictures on here, most 20's don't appear to even have front deck cleats and the ones that do don't look the same. Maybe mine were added later by a previous owner. Now I'm considering removing them. Hmmm...

Honestly I haven't looked at the stuff that was taken off it in over a year, that's why I mentioned to pm him, he has it stuffed in a box think. I do remember the older style cleats, they may not be exact but close.

nope all the ones i have are the round style but I'll keep looking. I've parted out a few of those so one may turn up in a box somewhere.
