Is this Cig a Gladiator? It was at the Miami Show. Does anybody have any more pics?

looks like the record attempt boat that was laid up as skater. originally a canopy boat and then had the lid removed.

Now, that's a cockpit to put the competition to shame.

It looks too nice to get wet. Not old school for sure.

Cockpit was very nicely laid out! Windshield had absolutely no distortion. Great optics!

It's the former record attempt boat (as was stated before) after it was redone in the pleasure version. I think it was named strength and honor.

They should have built more like it, should have redesigned the gladiator to be a smaller version and also the maximus boats. As it stands though it's a pretty cool 1 off ciggy.

Here is a thread from a couple years ago about it:

You can still order/buy a 46 "poker run edition" (record attempt boat) from Cig.....If you got the coin;)

Good to know! Will they still let Skater lay it up?

I'm guessing if you have the money and want an Epoxy boat (which is why Skater layed it up - just like the Fountain race boats and many other manufacturers boats) they would have Skater do it. Otherwise I would assume it'd be layed up by Cigarette (glass).
