This boat was kept on a hoist at the marina in Edgewater, MD for the entire two years I lived there (May '04- May '06). I typically jogged through the neighborhood for excercise, and went by the marina several times a week. I never saw the boat in the water during that time. We ran our boat once or twice a week, and put in a few blocks from that marina, and never saw the boat out on the river either.

I just got back from that marina and it is still there on the lift. Ray is still the owner, he and I spoke about it last year when someone else was thinking about it.

ps- your neighbor posted a comment saying cut the grass and keep it down after 10 please, he has hemorrhoids and it is hard for him to get positioned right to get to sleep and when he finally does, one of you yahoos wakes him back up...
