Default Last chance for my '97 GUN

I have been advertising my very clean '97 gun in the OSO classifieds all summer...and the price has been dropping all summer. I am going to try a broker next week but I wanted to lower the price one last time on OSO before I did. So on 9/18/10 I lowered it to $68,000 !! Never thought i would ever go that low On the 19th, my add expired. I thought I had another 2 weeks. If anyone wants to see it before it goes to the broker, check out boattrader.com and look for the only '97 gun in Maryland. This is a very clean, fast boat in great condition. I still can't believe that I can't give this boat away at that price. Crazy times we are living in I guess.

I saw that thing listed...Great looking boat with turn key power. Suprised it hasn't sold. I feel your pain on the price, mine went for less than I wanted as well. Good luck on the sale, at that price it seems like a good deal.

I think that is great price for a 97 and I would love to have it, but it will be next year before I can repower my Baja and hopefully sell it (and I mean HOPEFULLY). Seems to me that prices on the older flat botom guns are all over the place. You see a well cared for 97 Gun that he can't sell for 68k and on the same page there are late 80s and early 90s guns listed for the same price. Like he said "crazy world". I can only hope there are still deals like this and Tank's Gun when I start looking. Good Luck with the sale!

You have any interest in a trade for a 08 vette and a 28 Powerplay?

I can't remember from your add, what power and what speeds?

Yes- That's it. Ignore the date stamp. My camera is broken. That is a recent pic. I guess I'll just wrap her up for the winter and try again next season....unless the broker does any good.
Thanks Guys-

I had my 1994 Cig TG for sale for 2 1/2 years. Had 2 or 3 phone calls. That's it. Give it to a broker or keep it. I decided to keep mine and I'm about to put another $7000 in upgrading the stereo and getting a swim platform. I decided that life is too short to sell the one boat that I worked so hard to get. I knew that if I sold it, I would never get another one.....and that would be very depressing.

Man I cold be wrong but that seems like alot of boat for the money! Shocked you have it still! The market sucks as far as selling but to purchase is another story....

UrbanDisturbance I don't blame you for keeping on bit, sounds like a great boat and like you said once she's gone she might not be back. I look at things different than most if your boat is in good shape and runs good then why sell me I don't like payments so my plan is to pay it off and enjoy for many years paint can be changed and so can an interior.
