Yes, I have a customer in Turkey with a silver 39 Top Gun with Arnesons and Whipple'd 525's.

Boat runs great he says.

I whippled my 525's, they dyno'd at 780hp/735ftlbs of torque . I have xr's with imco lowers. Installed on a 39 velocity which is lighter. Have been a reliable setup. As customryder stated if you drive sensibly setup should last.

Sounds about right, it is a nice package if done correctly with some drive upgrades you should be good to go.
