Default New Lip-Ship 42X to debut at Lauderdale...

From Lip-Ship:

Lip-Ship Performance to unveil its newest Lip-Ship Edition at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show October 28 - November 1, 2010.

Stop by the Cigarette Racing Team booth to check out the latest 42 X Lip-Ship Edition. Months of planning and thought went into this true offshore classic. Many new updates and detail touches went into this Boat Show beauty. With the Mercury 700 engines, NXT drives, Mercury latest propellers, and a proven new bottom design, make this one of the most durable, best riding, and practical Cigarettes ever built. Hope to see you at the show.

I've seen the finished product and it is absolutely STUNNING! Lots of attention to detail. Team Lip-Ship also has another suprise around the corner...Stay tuned.

Looks a little like Purple Haze. That 42X was absolutely gorgeous in person.

Some more on this boat from Cigarette PR...

The "serious" Poker Runner wants plenty of fun from his Cigarette and will find it in this 42X. A silvery glow makes this lavender look lush and lavish and the twin Mercury Racing 700's and NXT drives give it plenty of "no stopping us now!" power. This model is a favorite of Phil Lipschutz of Miami's LipShip Performance, so he adds a new Cigarette cockpit interior design and special touches to make it one of his "LipShip Editions." Positioning of the SmartCraft and Garmin GPS screen was adapted to optimize driver viewing and the simple new minimal gauge layout enhances the user-friendly function of the dash. The interior follows the color scheme and a new low-rise rear "sofa" provides for sleek back passenger seating and enhances the lines of the boat. A new speaker system with stainless grills gives the cockpit some "muscle" and complements the silver trim and silver painted engine room. The paint scheme was designed to combine "old school with a hi-tech twist" and while lavender is known as a calming herb, there is nothing but excitement in this passionately purple Cigarette!

Saw this boat at the factory last month, it absolutely ROCKS! Dave Hunter graphics are outstanding. Love the Cig ghosting and carbon fiber logo. Can't wait to see the finished product in Lauderdale on the 30th.

Attached is a shot of the Cig logo on the hull:

I believe this boat was painted by Harold @ Grafikworx, not Hunter. Thanks for the photo.
