looks the same as mine with the exception of 2 wires .mine has 3 wires .looking at the instructions to install it seems these have to be cut to fit or am i wrong ?? that being the case you should be able to make it so you dont run out of fuel @ 1/4 of a tank or is there another adjustment .my sender appears to have 2 small screws on top 1 says full other says empty

I measured the originals and ordered those already at the length I needed.

The two adjustments are to set your gauge, I set the empty before I put it in a the tank, which was full, then set the full after it was installed.

So yes, you can set the gauge to read empty when there is 1/4 tank left by the empty adjustment.

On a Bullet, Are you supposed to install the sending units in the tank with them folding front? or folding back? or to the side? Mine dont work properly, the readings on the gauges are all over the place. Where are these adjustment screws???

I think we're talking about 2 different things. I installed the aftermarket sending units from Hardin that have the adjustment screws/potentiometers on them for full and empty. They do not fold.
