The 502s are 450 HP and the exhausts are Gil with no flappers. They are loudish but not so much to me (old helicopter pilot so I can't hear poop).

I do not want to offend the sensabilities of the water patrol. I want about 5000 rpm and about 68 MPH. I think that is reachable without getting crazy.
