We have a 42 rev with 3/750's, extention boxes, and bravos. I have ridden in that boat several times. It is a huge heavy boat. The ride feels very stable and safe. I believe max mph is around 86. I may be high or low. He really wants to sell his if you start thinking about triples. I believe he had it listed at 65k with a myco.
Good luck |
I have a 90 with 800hp n/a, staggered with 6s. Trimmed up it would porpoise. But they are wave crushers. Ours ran wet. Best I seen was 83mph. That was with the bottom blueprinted and merc cnc 5 blades.

I know of a 1998 with 6's supposed to a 100mph boat that is about to be on the market.

I have always loved the Rev and Tiger. Bottoms are pretty much exactly the same. The Rev deck is pretty heavy because of the pods. They are prone to some deck cracking. The early Rev.'s had some issues with the bottom under the engines which was corrrect under warranty by adding glassed in bracing betwwen the stringers. (Chicken feet).
Remember she will never be a speed demon but with eat the rough stuff up all day long. |
