Default Headset System for a 38TG

Does anyone have any experience with doing headsets in a 38TG or any recommendations?

Thanks,

Colin

I installed a wired PirateCom system in my TG. Simple to install and a fantastic addition to the boat.

We run David Clarkes. Work Great!,

We had them professionally installed, Looks like they were ALWAYS in the boat. The person that put them in, stated it is a great setup, well designed and everything was where it was supposed to be.

My only problem was when we first started wearing them, I had trouble keeping the head set on my head due to the heavy wind I get running. I called DC, explained the problem, they at no cost sent us the "Dual strap" setup for the headsets. (They also included a few extra freebies when they sent out the parts for my inconvenience )

What I am trying to say, is customer support is as important as the unit itself, Make sure what ever unit you choose, you get the "Total package" because there is nothing more frusterating than haviing spent big bucks and you cant even use them because it isnt worth the headache.
