I think you should keep the 39, and also keep the text just the way it is. You finally got to a good design.

Unfortunately though, the racing stripes are no longer down the steps inside the boat as the steps are offset since the drivers cockpit is larger than the passenger side. The stripes would have been down the right side of it which wouldn't look right. |
