Default 2003 Lip-Ship Gladiator

http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o42685-en.html

Anyone looking for a VERY clean 100 mph "plus" sit down boat this is the one! I owned this boat for a year and it was a bad a$$ ride, very dependable...someone needs to step up on this one fast, it will not last at this price!!

I've always been a fan of stock power, surprised this hasn't sold yet: http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o42427-en.html

Lets get back on track...we are talking about a Lip-Ship / Zul combo here...104 mph, not 92 mph. I like merc too...but this boat & engines are an unbelievable package!! I see you are looking for a boat...any interest?? The owner is willing to make a hell of a deal on her!!

Todd is right on! I also had a Gladiator with Zuls and the combo is incredible! These set ups accelerate like a dragster and the Zul power is VERY reliable! Great Boat!!

I agree. 92-95mph stock vs 102-108 on the zuls. The Glads have a high X but I'd like the stock for drive reliability alone. Either way the Glads are a lot of boat for the money and it allows you to hang with the big boys at a fraction of the cost.

It appears if you have a secured financing commitment you still can't offer on this boat....Cash only according to the classified ad?!

I believe it is nice, clean boat, Zul power is strong. I talked to Phil a couple times about this Glad in Feb or March when looking for Glads, I believe he claimed one of the nicest Glads out there. Good luck to the seller, should grab some interest at that asking price.

Awesome Gladiator! Is this the "Often Imitated, Never Duplicated"?

That boat is SIIIIIIIICK!!!!

On the power topic:

I like Merc too ( a lot). They build an OUTSTANDING product! With that said I absolutely love Zul power. It's on the verge of "magic" what Richie does with a motor. Absolutely as reliable (if not more) than Merc. For example, Kevin Schulte (out of control T/S gun) got over 400 hours on his tunnel rammed naturally asperated 750 Zuls. Basically freakin drag motors and he got over 400 (trouble free mind you) hours out of them. To top it off, it wasn't a failure that prompted the re-build, Kevin just felt it was time. When they cracked them open everything was good! Amazing performance and reliability...what more could you ask for???
